What Kareena Kapoor wants, Kareena Kapoor gets. When she was approached to endorse a snack ad last year, she said she'd do it if they got her Jab We Met director Imtiaz Ali to direct the ad film. Now she has okayed a cosmetic cream ad on the condition that her new favourite and 3 Idiots director Raj Kumar Hirani shoots it.

Says a source, "Kareena loved working with Raju so much that she has been recommending him even to the brands she endorses. Prahlad Kakkar was to direct the cosmetic cream ad film but the actress thought that Hirani was the best bet to make the ad, whose theme was Aal Izz Well."

Make me gorgeous!
The ad will be shot today at a 7 star hotel in Bandra. The source adds, "Though Raju Hirani has directed ads before and even acted in some of them, this is his first one in three years, as he was occupied with 3 I. Bebo feels that Raju can make her look naturally gorgeous â?? like in the film â?? also she is sure that he'd conceptualize the ad, light the set and shoot her from flattering angles. Both Imtiaz and Raju are perfectionists and she feels safe working with them."

A source close to Hirani says, "Hirani is shooting for an ad with Kareena from today onwards for three days. Rajkumar Hirani is returning to shoot an ad film after almost three years. However shooting for an ad is not something he is averse too, just that he likes the concept and idea to be worked out by his team. Rajkumar Hirani says, "Yes I am shooting for a commercial with Kareena and the concept revolves around Aall Izz Well."

Kareena confirms, "Yes it's true I requested for Raju. I am very particular who directs me as the comfort factor is important. I had Imtiaz shoot my Kurkure ad after I had worked with him in Jab We Met. And I thought Raju was perfect for this ad. People have liked my character in 3I so much that Raju and I decided to have a similar look in the ad too."
